By using Liochat, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services Provided

Liochat offers live chat for websites: a visitor widget, an agent inbox on web and mobile, optional AI auto-replies from your knowledge base, canned replies, aliases, and related workspace tools.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to use Liochat only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for activity that occurs under it, including chats your team sends to visitors.

4. Subscription and Payment

• Access beyond the free plan requires a subscription. Fees follow the plan you choose (monthly or lifetime, as shown at checkout).
• Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable, and you are responsible for applicable taxes.

5. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to embed the widget on websites you control and to use the inbox for those sites, subject to your plan limits.

6. Intellectual Property

The Liochat software, branding, and documentation remain our property. Visitor messages and content you add (knowledge base, canned replies, aliases) remain yours.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe these terms have been violated, including abuse of the widget or attempts to bypass plan limits.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Liochat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
